Due to the nature of some of the products and to maintain product integrity, Ashtons Arrivals will not accept returns or refunds for ANY personal care products. Returns and refunds are only for diaper bags, baby memory books and stainless-steel water bottles and is valid for 30 days after delivery. Please note we will not accept returns or exchanges 30 days after delivery. All items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged with original packaging. To help keep our prices low and to provide free shipping on qualifying orders, a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your credit amount. In case of delivery errors or defective products, this charge will NOT apply.
